Camlyn's Destiny features:

Camlyn's Destiny is a 2-4 player boardgame that combines the elements of a "war" game with the additional strategies of card play.

Setting Tax Rates - the tax rate you choose will determine your popularity with the peasants
‘Your highness, I don’t think that ‘taxing those grubby dirt-farmers back to their mother’s womb’ will do much for your public image…’
- Hendell Grayford, King’s Accountant

Balancing your Kingdom Happiness - the happier the peasantry, the more power you wield and the more you can get away with
‘Those who say you can have too much of a good thing…have never HAD too much of a good thing!’
- Karrel Blackchain, mercenary

Building your peasantry to raise funds - grow your kingdom into the largest and richest in the land 'Money can’t buy you happiness …yeah, RIGHT!’
- Karrel Blackchain, mercenary

Making and breaking alliances - Stand with your enemies as friends.... for now.
‘I see in your future…much pain…I see in your future…much bloodshed…I see in your future…much uncertainty…’
- Lyssa Farseeer, Oracle

Establishing your military presence - Fight you enemies with anything from a pitchfork wielding peasant to an armored knight on horseback.
‘So, these battle plans indicate that you expect a handful of untrained peasants to hold this hillock against, if our spies are right, at least 50 armed knights and a pair of Stone Throwers. For now, I’ll just assume that you’re tired rather than bukakke pics incredibly stupid…’
- Southern, sergeant-at-arms

Laboring for resources and equipment - Which resources will you manufacture? Wood? Iron? Stone?
‘Let me put it this way. We’re sitting on top of more iron than we know what to do with. In fact, I could rebuild this entire fortification with refined iron and still have enough to build a footbridge to the american bukkake! But we don’t have enough timber to make two volleys of arrows for our bowmen! YES, I think this is a problem…’
- Donald Lyman, knight

Discovering Artifacts on Crusades - Crusades can be the turning point in the game.... either way.
‘The Sword of Chaos. Some say it’s in the lair of an Amber-Griffin, some say it’s buried deep beneath the earth, some say it is in a vault in the King’s castle, guarded by an enthralled legion of assassins. In any event, all of the legends surrounding the Sword of Chaos indicate that hardship, asian bukkake, loss, and a terrible, painful death are the likely outcomes of such a quest. Me? I like a challenge…’
- Perrin Goldmane, Knight of St. Bridgit

Cardplay - He who holds the most cards, often holds the most power... if he uses it wisely.
‘Urrrggggghaagghg….’
- Steader Dieter Fielding, last words
